 since embossed dots do create difficulty on drawing a straight line,I must make surface patterns for plates where areas with dots and areas without dots are treated with different lifeworks.this probably means that 

1. a specific visual design composition is to be made appropriate for braille
2.  and the composition of braille on the plate has to be planned accordingly..meaning,both types of mark making requires new and compatible compositions.
